Personnel
This makes up the core of PVE’s essential work force:

He eventually joined the local IBEW apprenticeship program in 1980, excelling and graduating from the program with honors. He then went to work immediately as a foreman electrician and continued in that capacity until joining Pajaro Valley Electric (PVE) in 1989. His intention of purchasing the business from Ray and Carl Sahlberg, second generation proprietors of PVE, was completed in 1990.
Paul Lauesen entered the construction industry in 1970 as a laborer for a local construction company. He worked summers until he completed the construction technology program at the local junior college after which he worked full time as a construction laborer. At 24, he joined a local electrical retailer/contractor and began his career in the electrical industry. With a desire to learn, he soon became knowledgeable of the materials and mechanics involved in putting a successful project together. Later he and Mark worked for the same company and developed a respect for one another and their work ethic. Mark asked Paul to come and work with him at PVE in 1990.
